Why affirmations?
Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, and which are repeated many times, in order to impress the subconscious mind and trigger it into positive action. In order to ensure the effectiveness of the affirmations, they have to be repeated with attention, conviction, interest and desire.

- I'm responsible and in control of my life.
- Every challenge that comes along is an opportunity to learn and grow.
- I love and accept myself the way I am.
- I respect and believe in myself apart from others' opinions.
- I appreciate my achievements, and I'm much more than all of them put together.
- I'm a unique and capable person just as I am.
- I'm learning to relax and let go. I'm learning to accept those things I can't control.
- I'm inherently worthy as a person. I accept myself just the way I am.
